Aaron is both founder and director of Developed Solutions and he continues to play a key role in all projects both within Business Solutions and within the search and selection arm.

His career, both within specialised recruitment firms and with a previous career as co-founder of a manufacturing business which was successfully sold in 1998 has placed Aaron in a unique position to run these two businesses.

Aaron’s real passion lies in forging relationships with clients that share a similar dimension to his own aspirations as a business leader.  That is to say something is only worth doing if it’s going to be done right and done with the integrity and absolute understanding of what is trying to be achieved. 

A lot of time for Aaron is spent with clients, discussing industry trends, future opportunties and understanding market threats so as to best prepare for the future.

Craig Jones - Associate Director - DBS M&A

Craig heads our acquisition and disposal business stream, as well as our bottom line focussed consultancy operation. He holds a business degree from Warwick University and is a Chartered Management Accountant.

Over the last 20 years he has held a number of senior board level positions, across a wide range of business sectors including manufacturing and engineering, distribution, retail and financial services.

In the late 1990’s Craig was Head of Acquisitions for a £500m turnover Plc, and in 2003 led a £2m Buy in – Management Buy out, exiting in 2005 prior to joining the team at Developed. He is uniquely placed to recognise the necessary elements of a successful transaction, and employs a real-world common sense approach to progressing the deals that he initiates to a positive outcome.
